We have recently completed the overhaul of two hydraulic tensioning cylinders, components used in cableway systems.
Activities carried out:
-Cylinder overhaul and seal replacement
-Pressure testing and inspection on our hydraulic test bench
-Cyclical tests with repeated pressure tests and long-term pressure maintenance to ensure full operational functionality
Technical characteristics of the cylinders:
Bore: Ø 225 mm
Rod: Ø 100 mm
Working stroke: 7400 mm
Front and rear braking: 40 mm for each braking action
